Anderson Township Comprehensive Plan
After nearly two years of detailed planning and numerous community meetings, we are pleased to announce that the Anderson Township Comprehensive Plan (“Anderson Plan”) has been approved by the Anderson Township Board of Township Trustees and Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission. This plan is the result of the input of not only the Comprehensive Plan Steering Team, but the many residents and government agencies that graciously volunteered their time and ideas to further the betterment of our community.

While the final plan is still being tweaked as a result of comments made during the adoption process, the files below very closely mirror those of the final plan. Due to the volume of this plan, the plan is broken into separate chapters or groups of smaller chapters. Printed copies of the plan will be available though the Township's Development Services Department, by calling (513) 688-8400 or email pdrury@andersontownship.org. There will be a fee for this report to cover the cost of printing, and is estimated to be around $20. In addition, within the coming months a summary brochure of this Plan will be prepared. This will be posted on this website and also available through the Development Services Department at no fee.

We welcome your interest in this project. Please feel free to contact Paul Drury with questions or comments about the Plan, process, or reports that were produced as a part of this effort:
